Ordering FAQs

1. How do I place an order?

You may place an order online by creating a personal account for placing orders. Your account will allow you to place orders at your convenience, as well as keep a "wish list" for future orders. Only you will have access to your account information. Additionally, none of your personal information is ever shared.

2. What payment methods are available?

When you order online, you have the option of paying by credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and other PayPal options).

3. Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been processed it may not be changed or canceled. Should you want to order additional items, you will need to place a new order. Please be sure to review all of the information you have input before finalizing your order. Your order will be shipped to the address provided by you. Additional shipping charges will apply should your order be returned to the shipping department due to an incorrect address.

4. What if an item is out of stock?

Occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If an item is out of stock, the website will not allow for you to purchase the item.  You can create a Wish List and save this item to it and then check back and place your order for that item at a later date.

8. Do you offer gift certificates or coupons?

Currently we do not offer coupons or gift certificates.

9. Can I get a price adjustment if an item goes on sale?

We do not offer price adjustments.

10. Can I save items in my cart and come back to them later?

Of course! Your items will be saved as long as you do not clear your computer's cache.

11. My shopping cart is empty, help?

For some reason the product did not save to your cart or perhaps it was accidently removed while you were shopping, either way, please go back and re-select your desired item(s).

12. How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is based and calculated on the address your order is shipped to.

13. Do I have to create an account to place an online order?

14. Is my credit card and personal information secure?

Yes, your credit card information is processed securely through PayPal.

15. How can I know the status of my order?

We strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from order date.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has processed. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped which will include the tracking information.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. USPS Priority mail ships in approximately 2-3 days.
